Our apartments are available starting from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. 
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave your apartment by 10.00 a.m.

The tourism tax of € 3,80 per person (aged 14 and over) per night is not included in the price, but must be paid separately on departure.

Please note that no reimbursements can be made should you leave the apartment earlier than planned.

Cancellation conditions
No charges are incurred if you cancel more than 3 months in advance. Cancellations made 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the total price; cancellations made 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price. Should you cancel during the last week before the booked date of arrival the full price will be invoiced to you.
Exception: Cancellations are free of charge if either Lech or your place of residence are quarantined during the period of your scheduled holiday or if a holiday in Lech is not possible due to an official directive.

We recommend a a hotel cancellation insurance!
We recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance for a price starting from € 150 per apartment, per week directly from the hotel. New: Full reimbursement of costs in the case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday in the event of illness with COVID-19 (read more).
