Thanks to our rich breakfast box you can save yourself a purchase. We ask you to order your breakfast box with us by 5 pm the day before at the latest. For this purpose, you can use the Fernsicht Gastfreund App or a corresponding breakfast list at your apartment. Simply tick the items you want on the form provided in your apartment - and we will bring your breakfast box to your vacation apartment the next morning.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
No charges are incurred if you cancel more than 3 months in advance.
Cancellations made 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the total price.
cancellations made 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price.
Should you cancel during the last week before the booked date of arrival the full price will be invoiced to you.
Exception: Cancellations are free of charge if either Lech or your place of residence are quarantined during the period of your scheduled holiday or if a holiday in Lech is not possible due to an official directive.
We recommend a a hotel cancellation insurance!
We recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance for a price starting from € 50 per apartment, per week directly from the hotel. New: Full reimbursement of costs in the case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday in the event of illness with COVID-19 (read more).

TOBOGGAN RUN
There’s great fun to be had for youngsters and old-timers alike on the 1.2 km-long, snow-covered and illuminated “Zipfelbobbahn” run from Oberlech to Lech. It operates daily from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Three sleds are available from the hotel at no cost and can also be borrowed from the “Bergbahn Oberlech” lift or the local sports shops.

WINTER FEEDING FOR BIG GAME
Nature lovers, take note: We offer a covered “ground seat” which allows you to observe deer and roe during their winter feeding from a safe distance. The ground seat is located in the Engerle forest along Zugerstraße. Observation is possible at dusk. See weekly programme.
